- All Jamila’s Luxury Locs units and custom-made products are pre-order items and require up to 4 weeks for production before dispatch
- Production begins only after full payment is confirmed and order details are finalized
- Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, customization, and order volume
- Customers will be notified when their order moves from production to dispatch
- Every item is handcrafted and quality-checked to meet our premium standards
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
- During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended
3. Delivery Timeframes
Local (South Africa) Shipping
- 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Delivered via The Courier Guy, offering reliable nationwide service
International Shipping
- 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivered via DHL Express for fast and secure worldwide shipping
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods
- SMV THREADS AND ACCESSORIES is not responsible for third-party courier delays or customs clearance issues
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
- You can track your order in real time
- If tracking is not received, please contact us
6. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- Incorrect information may result in additional re-delivery charges
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged (with photos)
- If your package is lost in transit, notify us immediately
- We will coordinate with The Courier Guy or DHL Express to resolve the issue
8. International Orders
- Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays
