1. Pre-Order Lead Times
At SMV Threads & Accessories, Jamila’s luxury locs braid wigs are handcrafted with precision and care. Please note that all pre-orders require a 4-week production period to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. This time allows our artisans to uphold our luxury craftsmanship standards.

2. Payment Policy
To ensure a secure and seamless ordering experience, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full through our secure payment gateways before processing begins. Production will only commence once payment has been successfully received and cleared.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and has passed our quality inspection following the 4-week production period, it will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Domestic (South Africa) Orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch
    Delivered via The Courier Guy, ensuring safe, reliable, and fully trackable nationwide delivery
  • International Orders: 5–7 business days after dispatch
    Delivered via DHL Express, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable global shipping
